Cancellation Policy 

Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please read our cancellation policy thoroughly. 


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, clients and us  miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list  miss the opportunity to receive services. We send out friendly reminders to avoid no shows and cancellations. We understand that appointments that are booked a month ago can be forgotten. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be apply for last minute cancels and no show up, In 

order to schedule your next appointment, you must pay the cancellation fee. 

-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

- "NO SHOWS/ NO CALL" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

- New Clients: If a new client cancel on their first appointment, we will not be able to reschedule you. 

- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late please call us beforehand so we can determine if you need to reschedule your appointment. If we have to 

reschedule your appointment, there will be a fee in order to rebook. 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled. We understand that life happens so we will take every client's situation into consideration. Thank you for reading and supporting our  business
